We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sustainability Officer to join our team and be part of our exciting sustainable transition in Vietnam. The Sustainability Officer will be part of the Vietnam Sustainability team and responsible for various projects and activities in our sustainability programme. Job Description:

  • Plan and report on assigned flagship projects and key sustainability indicators. This include conducting research, preparing documents and presentations and coordinating with various departments.
  • Data collection: Gather and analyse data related to sustainability metrics. Prepare reports and presentations based on the findings
  • Create and review communication materials related to sustainability initiatives. This includes preparing articles, social media posts, and internal communication materials, working with internal teams or external agencies to execute the plan.
  • Support the organization and implementation of sustainability-related meetings, workshops, trainings or event.
  • Handle various tasks and activities as assigned by the Sustainability Manager such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating with internal & external partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in business or sustainability related studies.
  • 3-years’ experience. Previous work experience project management, events coordination and communication is a plus, especially in sustainability initiatives.
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with different audiences.
  • Works effectively in a team.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). PowerBI and Canva skill is a plus.
  • Vietnamese and English.
  • Travel required.
