Talent Acquisition cum Learning and Development Specialist
Job purpose
The jobholder will have initiatives for talent acquisition strategies/activities, develop and execute those to build a strong employer branding which helps De Heus attract more the right talents. In this position as TA cum L&D Specialist, you also support L&D cum TA Lead in L&D activities.
Accountabilities
1. Talent acquisitions management
- Propose and manage Talent Acquisition activities; advise HRBPs when needed
- Control headcount plan/budget and consolidate report
- Be able to manage, review contracts with third parties and propose initiatives in enhancing the effectiveness of TA Management
2. Employee branding
- Be able to cooperate well with Group in executing Employer Value Proposition at Corporate level and promote Employer Branding (EB) by planning, initiating and implementing EB activities at the local market
- Manage Fan Page on Facebook and LinkedIn by actively updating on a frequent basis; find opportunities to explore other resourceful channels
3. Orientation training
- Lead Corporate orientation training program including update training contents & delivery to relevant partners
- Consolidate to update contents of employee handbook, work with supplier to print and manage employee handbook storage
4. Training execution
- Explore suppliers for program proposal and contract
- Conduct pre-test or survey and work with suppliers to develop the proper program
- Perform administrative functions necessary such as facilities, logistics, documents, payment for training programs.
- Monitor training evaluation & training effectiveness activities
- Follow up with key stakeholders on development action plan after training
- Make training reports; maintain and update training records on the system
5. Project/ System
- Join actively in relevant projects such as HRIS/SYOF as assigned
- Be an expert in undestanding and mastering the systems in scope
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in MNCs with strong employer branding experience
- Capability to learn; Team Spirit; Creativity
- Proactivity & Accountability
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
- Good organizational skills & strong presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
- Good time-management skill; be able to handle multi-tasks
