Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

• Keep inventory and keep track with forecast of sales.
• Manage the WH in good condition.
• Warehouse Accounting: balancing inventory, handling inventory-related issues. Handle documents / invoices incurred. Track and handle operational costs.
• Coordinate with Sales to handle unscheduled situations at the request of Sales Department on cargo control, decisions related to FIFO / LIFO.
• Evaluate and make decisions to handle issues related to warehouse operations in accordance with the Company's Procedures and Regulations.
• Track daily inventory reports, weekly Exp. date reports.
• Follow-up month/Quarter/Year reports on the operation of warehouse: Aggregate monthly costs, Analyze cost operations and come up with measures to save, Check and execute relevant payment documents on the company's software system.
• Handle problems occurring with loading and unloading
• Recruit & manager temporary manpower for loading/unloading
• Monitor and handle issues related to government agencies when they occur: Fire protection, Environment, local authorities

Requirements:

• University/College/Vocational degree with relevant majors such as Business Administration, Accounting, etc..
• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management
• Good problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
• Good warehouse/inventory management skills
• Able to work independently as well as teamwork
• Able to drive a forklift
• Laotian with ability to use English at work
• Willingness to work overtime if required
