Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

The job holder is expected to be the main driver behind our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategy and execution. He/she is responsible for planning and implementing key design decisions for talent strategy, designing and monitoring recruitment process, and employer branding activities.

Job Description:

  • With thorough knowledge of local market, the job holder will work with HR Director to develop a sustainable and competitive talent acquisition strategy and propose annual budget for TA and Employer Branding activities.
  • Allocate recruitment cost effectively on the suitable recruitment channels, analyse the effectiveness of resources and vendors and propose appropriate channels for recruitment activities.
  • Develop & monitor Recruitment Process.
  • Be the main coordinator across all HRBP teams, review and edit Recruitment Process yearly to ensure following quality standards.
  • Propose and control employee referral programs.
  • Collaborate with L&D and HRBP to ensure successful onboarding experience for the new hires.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies that align with the company's overall branding and recruitment goals.
  • Conduct regular research and analysis to identify industry trends, and best practices in employer branding.
  • Partner with HRBP teams to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted employer branding campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Establish long-term relationship with local universities and colleges.
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.

    Promote company image via social media channels include but not limited Facebook, LinkedIn, Company Website, job portals.
  • Build relationships with different stakeholders, vendors, partners to strengthen De Heus employer image.
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
  • Conduct relevant analysis to determine key focus, bottlenecks and propose solutions regarding talent acquisition and attraction.
  • Control headcount plan and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Being an active participant in projects for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in regional/ global projects when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, business, management and psychology qualifications will be advantageous.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Employer Branding role in a matrix organization with strong experience in leading employer branding activities, especially collaboration with universities 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing demands while maintaining adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong networking skill and organizing skill.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with others.
  • Can-do attitude, mature and proactive.
